Delete your Selene account

Selene is a tarot app by Upalup AI, S.L. Here’s how to delete your account and what happens to your data.

How to delete it

• From the app or the website: Settings → “Your account and Selene Plus” → “Delete my account”, then confirm. You need to be signed in with your email.
• By email: write to hola@seluci.com from your account’s email address and ask us to delete it.

If you have an active Selene Plus subscription, cancel it first in “Manage subscription” (on seluci.com, on your account screen). Then you can delete the account.

What is deleted

• Your account: your email address, the date you created it, whether you had Selene Plus and the Stripe customer ID we kept.
• The daily usage counter (AI messages and Selene’s voice).
• Any pending sign-in codes.

It’s deleted immediately and can’t be undone.

What is kept and why

• Selene Plus payments: receipts, invoices and payment data are issued and kept by Link/Stripe as the seller, under their legal and tax obligations. We don’t issue or keep invoices.

Your readings

Your readings, journal and settings aren’t on our server: they’re stored only on your device. You can delete them in Settings → “Delete all my data”, or by clearing the app’s data. If you turned on the card of the day reminder, you can turn it off in Settings.
